Dyeing & Processing:
The Fabric Processing Division of SINE INTERNATIONAL has a capacity of dyeing 14,500 kgs per day. It is equipped with THIES, GME, SCHOLL, dyeing machines. It is capable of dyeing both 100% cotton and blended fabric. The machine size selection gives the flexibility in dyeing a lot size ranging from 100 kgs to 1,200 kgs. The department has one Santex 50" and one TUBETEX 60" finishing lines from Switzerland and USA, which include hydro extractors, dryers and compactors. In order to maintain the quality of processed fabric, SINE has the testing laboratory with latest equipment to check the fabric. It ensures that the fabric quality is maintained and is according to the required parameters of our customers.
